Light to medium fabrication and installation projects, including repair work can be undertaken in aluminium, stainless and mild steel, utilising TiG, MiG and MMA welding and Plasma cutting processes.
The manufacture and assembly of medium and small steel structures, including modification and structural reinforcing. Fabrication and installation of pipe work in all sizes and material types, suitable for many processes, this includes crimp, screwed, flanged and welded.
Welding processes are carried out by qualified coded welders.
CAD modelling and drafting services can be utilised when called upon, with full client interactivity made available.
We also have a small civil section for ground works and fencing.
Full Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) are produced prior to contract and are continuously reviewed as work progresses, with updates and revisions made where necessary.
CCI Ltd places the highest importance upon health, safety fulfilling our obligations to both employees and members of the public who might be affected by our activities.
All employees are aware of their obligations and are fully trained in their duties. We have a fully qualified workforce that hold CSCS cards and are trained and competent in other areas including PASMA mobile scaffold towers, IPAF, Manual Handling, Confined Space Working, First Aid and Working at Height, regular tool box talks are given to all our operatives. We carry out Risk Assessments for all our activities and from these produce a detailed method Statement for every operation we do.
