Fabrication Capabilities
We deliver light to medium fabrication and installation projects, including repair and modification work, across a wide range of industries.
Fabrication can be undertaken in aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, using TIG, MIG and MMA welding, alongside plasma cutting. All work is carried out by qualified coded welders.
Our fabrication capabilities include the manufacture and assembly of medium and small steel structures, including modification and structural reinforcing. Fabrication and installation of pipework in all sizes and materials is available, suitable for many process applications, including crimped, screwed, flanged and welded systems.
Where required, CAD modelling and drafting can be provided to support design development and client approval.
Full Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are produced prior to works commencing and are continually reviewed as work progresses.
